The Community is free, but it has fewer features (don't support JavaScript and CSS). It is available in two editions: Community and Ultimate. There is an unofficial PPA available that you can use to easily install IntelliJ in Linux Mint, elementary OS and other Ubuntu-based Linux distributions, including Ubuntu of course.
